Leveling machine for flatting steel strip

GuangWei YouLiang uses Leveller to produce smooth and
good flat strip surface. Leveling is to remove any shape
defects (curve or twist) in coiled material before any heat
treatment. It plays an importance role in delivering the
desired material properties and the product standards
required by the customer. Our leveling process stretches
sheet steel in coil form by pulling it beyond its yield point,
top-to-bottom and edge-to-edge. Following this procedure,
the material should be perfectly flat and relatively free of
internal stresses.
